Shipping & Policies

I will email subscribers to notify about painting releases as well as make multiple social media posts regarding dates and times of the painting releases. I will also notify subscribers of new classes. Classes usually fill up fairly quick, it is a first come first serve basis. Your painting or class registration is not “reserved” when you add it to your cart. You don’t secure your painting or class spot until the check out process is finished.

Artwork Damaged in Transit: Please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment along with photos of the damaged painting. I will arrange to have it picked up by FedEx and inspected. Be sure to keep the original packing materials. You will be given a full refund once painting is picked up by FedEx.

No refunds or exchanges on items (prints OR originals) unless item is damaged in shipping. (must show proof of damage). I try my best to include accurate pictures of what the painting colors look like. I take images from multiple angles in good lighting. If you would like to see more photos of a piece please let me know and I would be happy to send some.

All orders will be shipped via FedEx ground. Illinois residents will be charged sales tax at checkout. (Note: any painting that is larger than 48"x48" will be un-stretched, rolled and shipped in a tube for re-stretching. You can take to a local framer for re-stretching that will likely cost around $200).
